Also connected to Marion Manor Healthcare Center is Marian Manor Estates an independent living apartment building for seniors. The units are all two bed room with large kitchen and living room and handicapped accessible bathroom. A common area allows for visiting, shooting pool, games or gatherings with a kitchen for families to prepare meals or facilitate parties. There is a separate laundry room.

Tenants are invited to utilize the services of the Healthcare Center and Medical Center.
Arrangements can be made for in-house meal service, housekeeping, nurse and therapist visits and personal care services. The per month rent is $575.00.
