MARIAN MANOR HEALTHCARE CENTER – PHASE 2 VISITATION
As of today, Marian Manor HealthCare Center is at Phase 2 of the State VP3 plan due to all residents testing negative for COVID. Residents are now allowed one visitor at a time in the resident’s room or designated visitation room by appointment only from 1 pm to 4 pm. Please call to schedule appointments Monday through Thursday during regular business hours. Appointments will be scheduled on a first-come, first-serve basis. Visiting timeframes will be limited to accommodate the number of requests. Spouses are allowed to have extended visiting hours beginning at 9 am until 4 pm and reviewed on a case by case basis. Supervised outdoor visits, window visits and Face Time visits are still available and must be scheduled in advanced. We are unable to allow drop-in visits at this time. All weekend visits must be scheduled by Thursday afternoon.
- Visitors must have masks, be screened and keep 6 feet away from residents.
- Please bring your own mask if possible although cloth masks will also be available.
- You need to wear gloves if you are using the handrails.
- Please do not stop and visit with other residents and staff members as you walk to and from the resident’s room or you will need to be escorted.
- You may use the bathroom located by the front desk entrance as you cannot use the resident’s bathroom or other facility bathrooms.
- Visitors must be over 6 years of age and able to follow instructions.
In future testing, if any resident has a positive COVID test, visitation again may be limited per state requirements. It is important that these instructions are followed to allow our residents time to spend with their loved ones and keep everyone safe. Please review our website for additional information which will be posted soon. A letter is also being sent to the residents’ authorized responsible party.
